Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is authorized to act for the Board of Directors between regular meetings as necessary for the conduct of business. Written minutes of all meetings shall be maintained and circulated to the full Board prior to the next regularly scheduled Board meeting. The Executive Committee shall be responsible for hiring and evaluating the NOSORH Director.
