Finance Committee

The Finance Committee reviews NOSORH budget at least annually to help develop appropriate procedures for budget preparations and to check consistency between the budget and NOSORH strategic plan. Also provides oversight and assists the Treasurer to ensure that the organization’s State and Federal legal responsibilities with respect to non-profit status are handled in an appropriate manner. Assists in the development of policies and procedures related to the organization’s budget and financial matters.
